Who is diane in trainspotting

Diane : Well at least us hold hands. Mark "Rent-boy" Renton : No, we're not holding hands! Diane : No? But you seemed a lot more happy to do more last night. There's nothing wrong with it.

Mark "Rent-boy" Renton : Its illegal that's what's wrong with it! You know what they do to people like me in prison? They cut your balls off and flush them down the toilet. Diane : Calm down; you're not going to prison. Mark "Rent-boy" Renton : That's very easy for you to say Diane! Diane : Can I see you again? Mark "Rent-boy" Renton : [scoffs] Certainly not! Diane : If you don't see me again, I'll tell the police.

We empathise with the sense of urgency Renton has to escape her or face the consequences. Short, sharp, easy-to-maintain cuts are always favourites at Glasshouse, but those wondering whether to go for the chop often worry that less length will also mean less versatility.

Enter Kelly Macdonald as Diane in cult favourite movie Trainspotting. The film resonated massively with youth culture at the time of its release, speaking to concerns from the economic to the romantic, and due to its vibrant, talented cast lead by a young McGregor and much-loved soundtrack, it quickly came to epitomise British cool. But nobody in Trainspotting is quite as cool as Diane, the underage temptress played by the then-unknown Ms Macdonald. Then, pump a little of your gel into the palm of your hand and rub your hands together to warm it up.

Work your fingers through your hair to get the shape you want, and brush the product through if needed. Voila - a five minute Trainspotting -inspired look to change up any bob. We were both excited and I think we both knew it could have been one or the other. Anyone who has watched Trainspotting always remembers my scene. We pay for your stories and videos!
